Dear Steve,
I was at Cornerstone Fellowship Church on Nov 3rd for the Concert to benefit “Operation Christmas Child”. You (STEVE) and all of KINDRED CROSS were amazing and astonishing. The whole evening was miraculous. Thank you! When Rob on percussion with Bruce on the drums left their normal positions and sat by what appeared to be just boxes, well -wow they made such a great sound! Lorne played the guitar like there was not going to be a tomorrow. Andrew gave the bass guitar a heart and it had a beat that you could feel inside your soul. As Marcy played the violin, so many beautiful things came to mind. A spirit sound filled the Church. Thank you! How do you get so many people on the same stage and pull it together? Voices, you people rocked it-hot! Worship at its best. The song choices were perfect. Music filled the night. Ruth, Timothy and Marks voices were so splendid. It was like each person had a secret to share and they did. Ruth sang a song that brought tears to my eyes. Mark sang a song that felt like heaven was knocking at the door. The decorum and performance of KINDRED CROSS was outstanding. Steve, the new music was awesome. Steve I cannot thank you enough for an evening well done. Your voice and presence on stage was exceptional. I know KINDRED CROSS is a great band. However, Nov 3rd you people played and sang on a whole another plane. I thank and praise the LORD for your mad skills! Once again, thank you KINDRED CROSS!
Sincere Blessings,
Deb Logan

"No Other Road" is an uplifting, inspirational album that showcases a refreshing, organic sound, rich vocal harmonies and some beautiful instrumental performances.  Track two has a wonderful guitar, fiddle and piano sound as well as soothing harmonies.  Track ten is a moving piano, vocal and string arrangement detailing an emotional journey for the true meaning of Christmas.  Track twelve is a wonderful instrumental song which allows all the different elements of the band to shimmer and shine.

The cd was very enjoyable, thanks again for sending it!

I was playing the CD here (again) and one of our customers (student at WC) commented on how much she liked it...Also, Mark and I were blown away at your concert.  You mentioned that your voices may not be in the best shape, but I think that was the best I've heard/seen, and the "Band" was absolutely awesome... I really think that you were better Saturday than you are on your CDs.

Dear Steve,

I wanted to dash you a quick note to say thank you for sharing your gift of music with me.  I have had the opportunity to listen to all of the discs and your songs are a wonderful testament to your faith (thanks for sharing) and a wonderful reflection of the gift your mother placed within you as a child, that has found its way to the surface in the man.  They are very special and very good - I am enjoying them thoroughly and look forward to sharing them with friends and family.

You are truly blessed and thank you again for sharing that blessing with all of us.  I am trying to get it together to come see you perform at Westminster.

Have a wonderful day.  Continue to make those joyful noises.  As Leonard Bernstein wrote in his piece of music call praise, "I will sing the lord a new song, to praise him, to love the lord, all of my days."

God bless,
Glenn

Steve,
Thanks for sharing your "inspired" words. Yes, the Lord is always moving in us but few of us, unlike you, take the time to listen. The world always wants to press in on us and distract us from just walking in the path God has set for each one of us through our Savior, Jesus Christ. What a wonderful world if we all could accept each other the way we are without the reasons to want to make sense of everyone and everything. We really did enjoy your writings and know there will be more. Most of us never take the time to write down what God impresses on our hearts to share with others. That what makes you special in your song writings too.
